How does it work?

The Culture Compass assessment will ask you to consider organizational culture in two separate columns, one titled Legacy and one is titled Future:

Legacy column: your individual organizational experience with CHOC or RCHSD.
Future column: your personal view of what will be ideal organizational culture for RCH going forward.

Each column will require that you distribute a total of 100 points before advancing to the next questions. Once you have distributed the 100 points for Legacy and for Future, a “next” button will appear, allowing you to move forward in the assessment.

You may divide the 100 points in any way among the four alternatives in each question. Some alternatives may get minimal points, possibly zero, for example. Remember that the total for each column must equal 100.

Only when the Points Remaining line shows 0 will the Next button appear to advance to the next page of the assessment.
